Holism

The holistic methodology seeks to foster the integrative and systemic thinking of the participant, which contrasts with mechanistic thinking through the creative, extensive “approach” of body, mind and emotion (motivation). Thinking influences our language as well as our actions. Spontaneous expressions of feelings and ideas are valued and taken up in the coaching sessions according to the situational counseling approach as active and authentic self-expression, body language and tone, the voice action and the movement are answered, which over time in the participant the alertness and perception of themselves and a new attitude fostering fulfilling, mental productivity and basic creativity.

An overall inner, as well as external consistency / congruence arises.
